Lamech’s involvement in the 2022 GRLI offering marked a profound turning point in his professional development, equipping him with knowledge into the intricacies of global rehabilitation and health systems. The Leadership Institute empowered him to enhance his leadership abilities and refine his approach to advancing rehabilitation services in Uganda.
As a key initiative of the ReLAB-HS project, the GRLI emphasizes not just training but sustained engagement with its alumni, enhancing their impact and ensuring their journeys are shared and celebrated.
