The Operations Manager and Country Coordinators will be accountable for day-to-day management. They will review program activities and assess key milestones, working closely with the ReLAB-HS Steering Committee. The Steering Committee is the program’s main decision-making body. It comprises the Program Management team, Program Technical Coordinators and Partner Leads from all ReLAB-HS partners. The Steering Committee will provide strategic direction for the program and oversight of activities, and will be supported by Specialists, three Cross-Cutting Coordinators (for monitoring, evaluation, assessment and learning; inclusive development; and communications) and six Workstream Coordinators.
At the country level, coordination structures within each ReLAB-HS country will mirror that of the larger consortium, with each country appointing relevant technical and operations coordinators.
An independent Consortium Advisory Group will play an advisory role and exercise quality control. In each country, Country Advisory Groups of key local stakeholders will review activities, providing expertise and feedback specific to the region that will enhance research uptake.
